30-20-10 Push press, kettlebell swings
Skill: Pull-ups progression - with band, jumping, to kip
Warm-up: 50 m. froggers, 15 sit-ups, 15 knee to elbow

GOOD DAY!!! Shoulders are BURNIN'!!!!
